Huw has worked for over 25 years in Engineering Consultancy and is a Chartered Environmentalist as well as both a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer. Huw has experience of managing and directing projects and workforce at various levels, and has a keen interest in aesthetical designs. Away from work, Huw enjoys travel, walking and photography.
Dave Ollier

Director
Dave is both a Chartered Civil and Chartered Structural Engineer with over 15 years design experience. Dave’s skill base has been largely gained within the water industry and working on environmental schemes. He is particularly adept at inspecting and reporting on buildings, bridges and various other structures. Dave is a devoted family man and in his spare time is a very keen surfer.
Ken Rogers

Director
Ken is a Chartered Structural and Civil Engineer with over 30 years design experience. Ken has led design teams on a variety of projects such as large water treatment works, commercial offices, industrial developments, educational and healthcare schemes. He has also lectured in Water and Ground Engineering Design at Swansea University. In his spare time Ken shows a keen interest in local geology as well as industrial heritage.
Rhys Williams
MEng(Hons)
Civil & Structural Engineer
In his 7 years working within the industry, Rhys has gained experience in civil and structural design within both the clean and wastewater industries and flood alleviation. He is particularly experienced in the design of reinforced concrete and the use of finite element analysis, as well as undertaking and reporting on structural inspections. Outside of work Rhys has a keen interest in sport, particularly rugby and football.
